Turn Around Time:

TAT varies depending on the item. All items and collections have the current TAT for those specific listings. 

Customs Turn Around Time:

Our current customs TAT is 4-6 weeks. This does NOT include weekends.

All items are MADE TO ORDER unless stated otherwise. With that every single item is hand-made and made to fit your little one perfectly

Returns:

Due to items being handmade we do NOT accept returns nor refunds. We will offer returns for damaged items IF items arrive damaged by us NOT by the mailing service. 

Shipping: 

Shipping is a FLAT RATE $6

Once your items are shipped expect them to arrive anywhere from 3-5 business days
